Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LankyBox gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
